20 years. It starts as an investment opportunity in the Plaza La Silla shopping center. María Sada and her husband start this fast food business.
It is a family business where they have survived day by day, due to the pandemic they were forced to change this since their business was at risk.

To be a leader in the sale of gorditas in third party apps within the Mexican Republic.

Digital natives are attracted leaning focus on applications, creating a new value proposition "To go", together with the quality packaging so that the product does not lose quality.

DESIGN show 2020
This project was selected for the Design Show 2020.
Design Show is the national exhibition of the School of Architecture, Art and Design (EAAD) of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. It brings together the most outstanding projects from its eleven Campuses in a collection that includes sketches, renders, models, prototypes and products; made by our Bachelor of Design students around the country.
